The first two readings on an ice call are water pressure at the valve and fill volume over a complete cycle, because a module that is being starved behaves exactly like a module that has failed. Hollow or cloudy cubes point at a cycle being cut short; a bin that is empty with the arm down points at fill. Neither diagnosis needs the module out of the cabinet.

Water ran down the back wall and froze into a ramp beneath the module. The fill tube had shifted and the line was pinched behind the cabinet. Sorted properly, and no ice sheet since.
